1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, Merchnco cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. We want you to be happy with your order, so please double-check the size, color, and design before finalizing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, design, or product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right by offering a replacement or refund for the affected item(s). Here's how to proceed:

4. Cancellations

Because we begin production as soon as you place your order, cancellations must be made within 24 hours. After this period, the production process will begin, and we cannot accommodate cancellations.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products with personalized designs, including name or logo-based items
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance
